Acerca de nuestra casa

bring some pine cones from your walk up (literally up) in our dead-end street. It is not dead, but the hill is so high that nobody dares to use it.
You can go by walking or biking everywhere. It's 3 blocks to the ocean, 4 to the city center -full of bars, restaurants and shoppings- and 10 mts to the most elegant avenue in Pinamar that gets you anywhere. But still, you're surrounded by pines and silence.
When you get into our 2-stories brick house, you find a cozy living room full of coaches to lay on and a fire place to play with, a big comfortable kitchen, a dining room prepared for 8 / 10 people, a bathroom, and a double bed room. Then you can go upstairs or to the sunny private patio, which is surrounded by the house.
Upstairs you'll find two gigantic bedrooms with 3 beds and a folded cot each, a smaller one with an en-suite shower room, and a greater chambered bathroom with bathtub. One of the big dorms has its own terrace facing the pre-gothic church and the sea.
The private patio has a gazebo with a grill, a shop and another bathroom. it is connected to the backyard and the garage.
The street is silent, most houses are empty and the fixed neighbors are open to help. Also Norma is gonna help with the cleaning and everything.
We don't live here so you'll find our books and jackets but have plenty of room for yourself.
We love dogs so yourS are welcome.

Más sobre nosotros

  1. Nerd in her late twenties. Work and study forever. Currently focused in a weird intersection between blockchain, space exploration and finance. Love to learn about anything. When I'm too burned, like to go biking or training like there's no tomorrow.

  2. Dog lover. Have my own herd of them and gave shelter to hundreds of them. if there are dogs at your place, that's good news to me. Used to collect amazing music. Grew up in the beach (posted a house in that city) and the countryside so any trail of an outside is pretty much appreciated.

  3. I exchanged homes and took care of others homes many times, also received turists at home. this is my first try in a web for home exchange. My home is my temple and proud, work on and defend it. when somebody else has the same feeling, I want to honor that respecting even the little details

Pinamar is the top beach city in Buenos Aires with a nightlife like no other during the summer, and a perfect spot to relax with a hot chocolate (with a dash of whisky at Tante) contemplating the woods and the waves during the winter.

Everything is a spicy mix of modern glam with old german houses and wooden paths.

Go by walk, bike, UTV or SUV anywhere. The streets through the woods are magical. There's a sand dune zone called The Frontier in the north, perfect for all kind of adventures, some of which you wouldn't tell in public. In the south there's a dock, a good starting point for fishers and surfers, then Valeria del Mar for those looking for greater dunes and breweries with good rock bands, and then Carilo which you should google if you don't know it yet.

There's also golf, tennis and horse riding.
