Acerca de nuestra casa

We have a small flatlet adjacent to our main house. It is open living plan. with ensuite shower and toilet. Kitchen is open plan to the living area. We have a large garden with all types of fruit trees and a small veggie garden with everything growing organically. Natural Arch, Mount Warning and Purlingbrook falls are all nearby. It is available all year round. If you have a small cottage or apartment as a second home or granny flat. we can swop time when it suits.

We are Hyde and June in our mid forties and our seven year old son Joseph. Have travelled extensively. We have sailed all over the world. and are used to small and large spaces. We are non smokers and non drinkers who enjoy keeping our home clean and tidy. I love surfing and diving and staying fit and healthy and we enjoy the clean life our rural property brings us. We like meeting new people and interacting with other cultures. No experience with exchanges and want to be careful about who we get in our home. But will do as much as we can to make our guests comfortable.

The area is in a very safe country region. The house is on 35 acres of lush grass and trees. There is a small stream which flows through the property. Wallabies sometimes drink from the stream. We take a lovely walk to the front gate most evenings. Beautiful mountain views. Absolute privacy and silence. We are 30 mins from a good surf beach. 45 minutes from the Gold Coast with its theme parks etc. 30 Minutes from the airport. 45 minutes from Byron Bay and other alternative lifestyle towns. We have a spare car available. Hiking, beach and the outdoors with good weather is what we have to offer.
