Two story brick residence located on the beach at Broulee near new sleeps 8

Our home is approx 8 years old, it is our second home for beach stays. It is our home we do not rent this home (as we enjoy it so much). The upstairs has a main bedroom, lounge (TV), large kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs a bunk room plus a double bedroom and bathroom. There is a large casual lounge/play area with second TV. A good fenced yard and a locked garage. Heating (only needed in winter), very good kitchen and appliances,laundry has washing machine and drier. The house has 3 decks, front, side and back. We have kept this home as a beach retreat, extremely comfortable, light and easy to keep clean and tidy. Beautiful views. We have surf board,sea kayak, fishing gear if required. We have a further beachside residence that could be available if required during the period of exchange. This luxury property is located in Queensland on the Gold Coast overlooking Rainbow Bay and the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. These properties provide a unique opportunity for an exchange that would allow you to experience the states of New South Wales and Queensland. Travelling from Broulee to Gold Coast (or vise versa)would be along the Pacific and Princes Highways. This would provide an opportunity to experience many of the beautiful coastal locations as well as visit Sydney along the way. If the distance is too daunting (approx.1200km)then cheap airfares are available between Sydney and the Gold Coast with a reagional air link conection from Broulee/Moruya to Sydney.
