We live in a Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom Townhouse just across from a beautiful pristine beach, with fantasic walks, a wonderful tropical playground, ideal for families, and young and older alike.There are two swimming pools, two full tennis courts, gym, childrens playground, two BBQ areas. Our home is spacious, clean and very comfortable,it has just recently been renovated, fully air-conditioned, plus ceiling fans in all the rooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and ensuite bathroom, and looks out onto a lovely garden, There is another queensize bedroom with separate guest bathroom, and WC and lounge room with Plasma T.V./DVD/Video Player, the second lounge room can also be used as another bedroom. There is the use of our car, we are a one minute walk to a grocery,and bakery shop and public transport if needed.

“We have had the best time at Alf and Shelagh's place. It has such a great resort feel and the location is fantastic. We loved the outdoor courtyard dining with such warm weather, and being able to walk to the beaches and lagoons. Each day kids got their choice of one of the immaculate onsite pools, or one of the beautiful beaches around. Getting around was so easy and Caloundra has a great feel with super playgrounds for the kids, outdoor salt pool and more golden sand beaches than we could count. We enjoyed the friendly neighbours, weekend grower's market across the road and the kids loved the bus ride along the coast from the bus stop nearby. Thank you guys for an unforgettable holiday! - Christina and Jerry”

My husband Alf and I are retired business people, our children, are now married with families of their own. Our daughter, husband and children live in Luxembourg, our sons and their families live not far from here, and would be happy to help with advise and information if needed. Where we live is like being on Holiday Permanantly!!!!!!!! We both love to travel and also have family in England, Ireland and New Zealand. Ideally located mins from the beach, we live a great holiday destination, the beautiful lakes, shopping centres, picture theatres, art galleries, drive up to the mountains if you wish with the many great restaurants, and galleries. One of the best things about this area is the friendlness of the people and the magnificent weather. Your holiday can be as busy as you like or as restful, the area caters for everyone. its not far from the famous AUSTRALIA ZOO, THE HOME OF STEVE IRWINS FAMILY, each day you say see beautiful Loreketts flying freely above your heads,or bush turkeys coming out of the undergrowth, just to say good morning.At our SUNSHINE COAST UNIVERSITY you can see kangaroos just grasing on the grass in the mornings as you enter the grounds its so lovely to see. That's just the start of your holiday!!!!!!.
