A large welcoming home with high ceilings and views of trees and wildlife all around - although just minutes to the city. Each bedroom has built ins and a desk with an ensuite to the master. A large eatin kitchen and huge decks leading down to a 15m swimming pool and full size tennis court. A paddock at the back often agists horses. Wallabies and many native birds pass through the grounds and can be seen from the decks. A large laundry, seperate TV room ( with Home Theatre Sound) a study with internet access, Foxtel, and airconditioning this is a very comfortable home - a sancutary in a busy world.

My Wife (Diana) and I have 4 children - 14yrs, 12yrs, 8yrs, and 6yrs - I own my own business in Property Finance and my wife works parttime as a trainer and coach in IT. We love our home and have made it a haven for our family. We want to take the children to Europe this Christmas and would like to exchange homes with families who want to spend some time in the sun in Australia. My wife is of English birth, but has lived here since the late seventies - and I am Brisbane Born and Bred - but with a love of travel.

Situated in a rural setting yet 20minutes from the city of Brisbane - beachs up the North and South Coast are only an hour away - State Forest abounds the area and there is a laid back country feel, with a quiant general store within walking distance. Brookfield is a blue ribbon suburb of Brisbane, with many lovely homes and parks. Most of the properties are on acerage.
