We offer a large and beautiful luxury apartment in the center of Brisbane. Our apartment is right on the Brisbane river with spectacular views of both the river and the City. The apartment is a luxuriously renovated 1920Â´s building. We have two bedrooms, both with double beds. The main bedroom has an ensuite. There is one living room, a huge study, a large kitchen with a separate dinning area. It's a large apartment with wooden floor throughout. The apartment is fully furnished with top of the line appliances and accessories.

We are Zoe and Sam, a young couple with a 3 month old baby daughter. We are both professionals (accountant and solicitor) and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We are looking for a long term exchange but happy to negotiate.

Our apartment is in a beautiful area of New Farm. We are a 10 minute walk to Brisbane City. We are within walking distance to BrisbaneÂ´s best restaurantÂ´s and shopping precinct. Many artists live around, with many galleries, theatres, live music and bars within walking distance.
Brisbane is closely located to the beautiful beaches of the Gold and Sunshine coast.
