Acerca de nuestra casa

Our home was only 4 years ago in the middle of our 50 acre vineyard. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a separate powder room/W.C adjacent to master suite. 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed with two other children's rooms that have 2 single beds each. There is a loungeroom (parents retreat) plus a large open plan famiy room, large kitchen and dining table that seats up to 10 people. The house also has a large playroom full of toys and kids own TV. There is an office with PC, internet, fax and phone. There are extensive views in every direction from the home and it has a large garden with swings and trampoline.

As we live on a farm there is a horse in the front paddock. He looks after himself, although experience riders are welcome to take him out.

We are a couple in our late 30's with three daughters aged 8,6 and 2. We are wine producers and export wine to many export markets. We would of course leave a few bottles for you to try!
We enjoy golf on the local course, which always has a least a dozen kangaroos watching. We like to going to the beach, eating out and doing kid friendly activities.
We would like to have a family holiday somewhere tropical. We are also open to non-children swaps as we have doting grandparents who are happy to take the kids for a week.

We live a 10 minute drive from the town of Margaret River, 300kms south of Perth. The area produces world class wines and there are dozens of wineries you can visit, many with restaurants, art galleries and playgrounds. We are also 10 minutes drive from many great beaches, including safe swimming bays, and world class surf beaches. the town itself has a population of around 5,000, but is a popular getaway from domestic and overseas visitors. As a result there are many nearby tourist attractions, plus reasturants, cafes, galleries. There is a large indoor swimming pool and several gymnasiums in town.
