This two bedroom fully carpeted apartment is stylishly decorated and furnished. The main bedroom contains a queen size double bed, two very large built in robes and a tv. The second bedroom contains two single beds (additional collapsible is available upon request) and also generous built in robes. A two way bathroom separates the bedrooms. There is also an adjoining laundry. (washer and dryer) and W.C.
The kitchen/dining and lounge areas are an open plan design which offers a bright sunny coastal outlook. A balcony provides beautiful views across Kings Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a security intercom system. A private pool is a part of the complex.
Features/Amenities: Television (Cable and Free to Air), V.C.R., Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer, Car and Lockup garage provided.

The Sunshine Coast experiences very mild winters av. Temp 22 C and warm summers average temp. 28C.
The Sunshine Coast offers the best of both worlds i.e. the tourist centres, magnificent surf beaches, golden sand together with stylish streetscaping, cafes, bistros and arts and crafts shops, whilst the Coast hinterland has its wonderful mountain retreats, walking trails and boutique wineries.
The world famous, Australia Zoo is only 15 mins away at Landsborough which attracts tourists from all over the world.
