Acerca de nuestra casa

Our home is on one hectare of land. We live at the end of the valley and it is quiet and peaceful. The property has shady trees but is mostly sunny with a lovely aspect and views over the forest. The house has a large sunny verandah and is great for relaxing. There are two living areas and the kitchen (and rest of the house) is clean and bright - we built only five years ago. Native visitors in our yard include Kookabarras, cookatoos, owls, brush and ring tailed possums, wallabies and fruit bats.

I (David)am 45 and work as an ecologist. My wife is a teacher and we have two daughters (13 and 10). I am a keen surfer and play touch football. Both girls play a variety of sports.

We live on the coast one hour north of Sydney. Our valley is a mix of forest and small rural properties. The beach is only five minutes away. There are safe patrolled beaches (i.e you can join a surf board riding school)and great cafes or you can find secluded beaches in the National Parks. A great thing about the Central Coast is that there are large areas of bushland with fantastic walks and views. The climate is mild with great summers.
