Acerca de nuestra casa

My Home is a comfortable, inviting place. My garden is quite large with roses and lavenders and bulbs in the spring with some deciduous trees. About to undergo some changes to cope with the dry weather in summer .The kitchen is well equipped and I have a new webber BBQ outside under the covered pergola. I have several Tvs and a hi fi system. I also have a good computer with high speed internet. Air conditioning is ducted into every room. There is also a slow combustion heater and a wall gas furnace.
The interior decor( new curtains,blinds and carpet) is undergoing changes and photos will be updated when its finished.

I am Moira, a registered Nurse,working in aged care and nurse education,not working full time any more and wanting to see the world. I live on my own but my daughter, her husband and soon to be 3 small children live close by. My eldest son and his partner live close by as well.

My home is suburban but in a medium sized regional town of about 100,000 in the twin towns of Albury/Wodonga on either side of the Murray river which forms the Victoria/NSW border.
The immediate neighbourhood is very quiet and my street is a cul de sac which backs onto bushland on the side of a hill.
Albury is a well placed town close to the Australian alps, numerous wineries and is only 300 kms to Melbourne the closest capital city and less than 400kms from Canberra On major highways. It is a good central,base for travel to the southern part of australia.
