This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is situated in a managed complex 50 metres from the famous broadwater on the Gold Coast. From the balcony you look out over 2 acres of lush garden, a pool and marina. A still water beach(great for kids) and park are behind the units. Restaurants, surf beaches, theme parks, theatres and shopping are minutes away.

We are Gail and Michael, married with 2 grown up children. Gail is a intensive care nurse and I am a retired businessman. We both enjoy travelling dining out, golf and living a relaxed life. We have not exchanged before but feel this would be a great way to see and explore other countries and how people live. Our times are flexible as is our preferece of location. We are able to do a non-simultaneous exchange and as we live only 25km from the apartment can collect you from the airport,settle you in and give advice about any activity you are interested in.

The Gold Coast is Australias premier tourist destination because of the great weather, 40 km of fabulous beaches and activities for all tastes. You can go hiking in the hinterland national parks, deep sea fishing or paragliding on the broadwater with an enormous range of activities inbetween (there are over 40 golf courses). For family entertainment there is Movieworld, Dreamworld, Seaworld and a range of smaller theme parks to choose from.
