Acerca de nuestra casa

We have a lovely 4 bedroom plus study home on the waterfront in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast of Queensland. Large gardens, swimming pool on a sandy beach front, 2 story home with 2 beds + ensuites upstairs, 1 bed + ensuite plus 1 bed with separate bathroom downstairs. Study has computer with broadband internet. We are avid readers so lots of books, kids welcome, pool, bikes, paddle skis available. Short 8 minutes walk to surf beach. Great family holiday home or 2 or 3 couples travelling togeather, 2 large cars available.

We are a family of 4. my husband David & I are both in Real Estate. Our daughter Lisa is 33 and is a professional gypsy, our son Michael is 20 he is a Musician and Photographer studying at University, They dont travel with us much anyomore. Our dog shep does not know she is a dog, she is getting on in years now and just likes to sit in the sun. We are a very happy family with varied interests, reading, Travelling, swimming, dining out, family gatherings and cinema outings,bike riding and the beach.
We have never done a home exchange before and are looking forward to the adventure.

Home situated 2 minutes drive to beach. Large shopping centre, 20 minute drive to surfers paradise, casino and great nightlife, loads of clubs and great eating spots 5 minutes away. We have large garden with lots of trees and grass, great area for nice long flat walks.
The Gold Coast is renowned for beaches and hinterland, we are 40 minutes to theme parks such as Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movieworld and Wet and wild water park. 20 minutes to world heritage hinterland areas and the best surf beaches in the world are only 3 minutes drive away,

Just go to www.goldcoast.com.au or www.palmbeachfn.com.au to give you some idea of our area, we love it.

If you are interested in Diving, COok Island is only 15 minutes of the Tweed Coast with excellent diving, we are accessable to all of AUstralia via cheap flight with Jetstar or Virginblue Sydney 1 hour by air Melbourne 2 hours by air, Darwin 4 hours by air, Great Barrier Reef 2 hours by air, Hamilton Island is the stop off point to Great Barrier Reef,
