3 bedroom apartment with ocean views

“We have just returned from a Home Exchange with Lynne and Bob in September/October 2019. We stayed in their lovely spacious apartment for 9 days. Breakfast on the balcony with morning sun and beautiful views to the sea ( we even saw migrating whales!) was a great way to start the day. With the beach just across the road and two swimming pools on site this complex was perfect for unwinding. There is lots to do within a couple of hours drive, Noosa, Eumundi, Monteville, Maleny and the National Parks are great spots to explore. Australia Zoo is only about 40 minutes away and well worth a visit. Plenty of shopping and dining options with Maroochydore and Maloolaba close by and the French Patisserie just outside the apartments was a favourite. Lynne and Bob were perfect hosts, great communication, we feel we know them well although we have not met, and everything we needed was there for us. They also left our own home spotless. We would thoroughly recommend an exchange with them if you are looking for a warm, relaxing holiday. Jeanette and David New Zealand”

“Lynne & Bob's house is spacious, clean, really comfortable and very welcoming & although we have never met either of them I know from over a year of exchanging e-mails it reflects both their personalities. The lovely seating area outside was perfect for the Queensland spring and the local shops & restaurants were a joy (use a car.......walking there would be fine if it isn't noon and 35*C - I speak from experience!) There is plenty to do in the area (parks and mountains and only an hour from Brisbane)but if you are beach people then you could happily spend the whole time on a great beach! We found Lynne & Bob really helpful and perfect guests - we came home to a spotless house & really felt they had treated it & all our stuff with kindness! I would recommend this exchange to anyone who wants to savor some time living the Oz lifestyle.”
