This is a fully self-contained apartment, right on the beach, with a relaxed holiday feel. It is set on the first floor of a low rise apartment block (3 storeys). 100m to the nearest patrolled beach (Maroochydore beach). Open plan living leads onto balcony overlooking pool and with glimpses through the trees of the beach. Three bedrooms, main with ensuite, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, lock up garage. Furnishings are comfortable and casual. Laze on the balcony while you enjoy the sound of the surf.

We are a professional couple with two teenage children. We live in Brisbane and this is our holiday home on the Sunshine Coast, one hour's drive away. We take care of our homes, and will do the same with yours. We like to surf, ski and travel. We have two cats which will be boarded out during your stay. If dates suit, our home in Brisbane could also be made available. Car swapping can be arranged.

Cotton Tree is a small village situated between the towns of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes with a variety of cuisines. Walking distance to shops,golf course, bowling club, large library, art galleries and river. Many surfing beaches to choose from. Short drive to Noosa, the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with its rainforests, views and quaint villages, as well as Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo. Just one hour's drive from Brisbane city. Accessible to World Heritage Fraser Island.
