We offer a clean, sunny and spacious apartment on the outskirts of Melbourne City. It has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and 2 Toilets. The Lounge Dining & Kitchen are one large room, all with their own allocated areas. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Double bed Sofa, which when pulled down, has a mattress that is very comfortable.
The apartment has air-conditioning, central heating, security system, telephone, stereo/hifi, TV/Cable. Facilities include - Grill, Freezer, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Hot Plate, Washing Machine and Dryer. Parking is available.
The complex has a Swimming Pool, Tennis Court and Gymnasium.

Port Melbourne has a very cosmopolitan feel to it, by that I mean, it has many multicultural restaurants, entertainment venues, sporting arenas, and of course, the Beach. It is one of Melbourne's finest suburbs i.e. because of its amenities and life-style.
Albert Park Public Golf Course, Driving Range, and Sporting complex is minutes away. The lake is wonderful to walk around 4.5km, and this area is where the Melbourne Grand Prix is held every year in March. Also the 'Australian Open' tennis is held in Melbourne in January each year.
We have many paths for riding/blading/walking which follow the foreshore for miles, and of course, because the beach is at your doorstep - Swimming!
Melbourne is renowned for two things - FOOD, because of its abundance of restaurants, and SHOPPING, where we have many Boutiques as well as the large stores.
