Our bright, clean and sunny 12 yr old home. It is close to public transport and between the actual city of Melbourne and the beautiful bay beaches. Most common tourist attractions are within a day trip, eg Penguin visit, Dandenong Ranges.
Golf etc. is close by also.
Although I am limited to a few pictures at present due to my not being at my home, I can send you some short video clips which show my home in various family shots.
My husband is fluent in both French and English.
My husband and I are active late 40 yr olds, with children happily married.

This is our first foray into house exchange and although a little anxious have been assured by some doctor colleagues who have done the same and practiced medicine in another country for a year that it is a wonderful experience. I hope ours is the same.
I can assure any who are reading this blurb that both my husband and myself have the highest standards in home maintenance and you will find our home spotlessly clean and we will show the same respect to any homes we visit.
Quiet surburbia but 5 mins drive from downtown Frankston with all the amenities that a city provides. Frankston City is the gateway between Melbourne Metropolitan area and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula which is famous for wineries and beaches.
We are about 40 mins drive from downtown Melbourne, 40 mins drive to the Dandenongs, 40 mins drive to the Penguin Parade, a lovely day trip is driving the coast road. A perfect base for an Australian experience.
I recommend that you view the Qantas airline site to see flight specials. One great one to consider is the Aussie Pass. This allows you to fly into one city in Australia and then includes some internal flights to other sites, eg to Ayers Rock, or mabe the Great Barrier Reef, Sydney and then you are able to leave from that destination.
Another interesting flight option is to fly Air Tahiti from NY, you can then stop off in Tahiti on the way, therefore reducing the long haul flight from LA as well as enjoying a Tropical Island on your vacation.
