Set on a 10 acre block, our 2 story house is a comfortable, relaxing place to live with all mod.cons, easy to look after and an ideal base for anybody who wants to explore the Central Highlands of Victoria. The property is just 8 minutes from the historic gold city of Ballarat (Victoria's largest inland city)with its famous tourist attractions, great shopping and cosmopolitan restaurants. Located an hour from Melbourne and within reach of the Grampians National Park, Great Ocean Road, Bendigo, Geelong etc. We have great outdoor living areas, barbecue etc. Our ideal exchange would be an old house in a village in central england for 4-6 weeks.

We are a retired couple who are busy spending our kids inheritance. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats which will either stay if you wish or will be boarded out. One of our sons lives nearby and would be able to give assistance with any problem should you need it. We love our rural setting, peace and quiet but within quick reach of a major center.
