We offer a new 3 bedroom apartment right on the beach in Port Macquarie, a city of about 50,000 population. Both front and rear balconies have magnificent ocean views and as the main balcony faces north offers outdoor living all year round. Each bedroon has double or queen size bedding. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 5 storey block and is only 2 years old. It also has a double lockup security garage. The beach is a popular swimming beach and provides a holiday atmosphere all year round.

We are Gaylene and Jeff Pattinson. We have both worked hard for over 30 years and now would like to experience living in other counties. Jeff is a professional hospital administrator and Gaylene a Pharmacy Dispenser. We are 55 and 50 years respectively, our children are grown up and have both finished their university studies and live away from Port Macquarie.

Port Macquarie is a popular holiday destination in one of the fastest growing regions on New South Wales. Great weather, mild winters. The apartment is only 1 mile from the city centre and as such most shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful beachside walks are accessible all year round. Fishing is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
