Acerca de nuestra casa

Our home is 2 stories, master bedroom with ensuite, 2nd double bedroom and office with 2nd bathroom upstairs. There are views back to the city of Sydney. Downstairs has a large kitchen, family room, large lounge bath room, laundry and dining area. The family room outlooks onto a garden with a BBQ. The study has a lounge/sofa bed and collection of books with a large selection of music. The front garden is picturesque and well maintained. Computer with DSL broadband wireless connection available at Seaforth House. DSL broadband with wireless connection at Beach House but no computer as we use notebook. Holiday home is on the next headland north of Forster (see map with property details)

Scott and myself are close to 60, retired, but exceptionally active. We both swim and surf all year round at Manly ocean Beach (10 minutes drive), Scott cycles 3-4 times a week. We enjoy travel and are free to spend time away. We have a holiday home 300kms north of Sydney which we spend time in during the year. We enjoy reading, music, restaurants and theatre. We have not house exchanged before, but would look forward to spending 3-4 months in Italy. We would prefer to stay in one exchange, but would consider perhaps 2 home exchanges. We would like to be about 1-10 kms within the sea area, and are happy to have non simultaneous exchange. We are happy to exchange both houses for one. Our next door neighbours are friendly and helpful. We are in a large neighbourhood, 10 minutes to many beaches, Manly being one of them. We have many good restaurants and coffee shops, night life, bars, several golf courses, tennis courts, cinemas walking tracks, and a bus and ferry ride to Sydney Opera House for theatres, museums and galleries.
