Our home is comfortable, clean, spacious and private set in one acre of subtropical garden, close to the village of Buderim which is located on the Sunshine Coast one of Australia's premier holiday destinations. There are several outdoor living areas, all bedrooms have a garden view. There are two large living rooms, dining and lounge areas.

We are Graham and Merribel, a retired couple enjoying our life in the subtropical climate in South East Queensland.
We are "outdoors" people and enjoy maintaining our home and large garden, playing golf and tennis, as well as cycling and swimming.
We have travelled and worked in other countries and enjoy travelling, meeting people and making new friends.

Buderim is a village situated in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and is ideally located as a touring base for South East Queensland.
There are several beaches close by (10 minutes by car)several golf courses (max 20 minutes by car)and numerous restaurants, clubs and shopping facilities within easy driving distance. Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, is about 90 kilometres south of Buderim.
