Acerca de nuestra casa

We are exactly 1 hours drive north of Brisbane airport.
Our home is only 4 years old modern and easily kept with mostly tiled floors and carpets in the bedrooms.
The living area is open plan leading to outside pool & barbeque areas through sliding doors. We eat outside all the year round and have only used the dining table once in the house.
All doors and windows have security sliders and locks.
As well as aircon there are 2 ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing room and ensuite.
Second bedroom is queen size with ample cupboard space.
Third bedroom has two single beds with large cupboard space.

Our names are Joyce & Grahame,we are semi retired in our late sixties although still very active. We arrange and escort tours to many parts of the world eg. Sth America in September and China, Mongolia & Uzbekistan next year (want to join us??). In July we are taking 4 grandchildren to Thailand visiting slums and our sponsored child. We are also active in the local Baptist church. We have another house in Christchurch NZ (ID 6936), we comute between the two countries avoiding the cold weather. It would be possible for you to use both houses while we are on tour.

The house is situated in a residential area 6 min drive to the fasionable swimming beach of Mooloolaba (controled by the local surf club) with its cafes and boutiques.
The swimming pool is approx. 4 x 4 mtrs and is deep enough to enjoy a swim.
There are many places to vist, the famous Eumundi Market then onto Noosa another beautiful beach with fashionable shops & cafes, you are also close the the famouse Budrum Ginger factory (the largest in the world)all these are less than a hour away.
Going south you can visit the famous Australian Zoo where the Crocodile hunter works Steve Urwin as seen on many TV shows, this is an easy 30 min drive.
