Our home is a modern single story 4 bedroom home set on half a hectare of land with uninterrupted views across the farmlands in the valley below. The house backs on to a State forest and so has a very secluded rural feel. Bird life abounds.
There are 2 outdoor areas to take in the views and both overlook the inground salt water swimming pool.
The home has a large fully equipped kitchen, family room, formal dining room, sitting room and study. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

My wife and I are both recently retired school teachers who enjoy travelling, walking, reading, gardening and craft work. We have spent time in France and would love to return and have just returned from a one month home exchange in New Zealand. We enjoy exploring other countries and experiencing other cultures and ways of life. We believe that it is necessary to spend some time in a place to get to know it and the people rather than just passing through as tourists.

Our home is situated in the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland and although it is in a rural setting it is only a 10 to 15 minute drive from the renowned surf beaches of the area. A modern shopping and cafe complex is also only 15 minutes away.
The Sunshine Coast has both the attraction of kilometers of sandy beaches and a rural hinterland with small farming towns which boast many interestng art and craft shops. The World renowned Fraser Island is within easy reach and The Australia Zoo is a short drive away.
Brisbane International Airport is 50 minutes away and The Sunshine Airport for flights within Australia is 15 minutes from us.
