We are a family of 4 with two boys 12 and 15 looking to exchange houses Jan 07 with someone in Surfers Paradise, Gold coast or Sunshine Coast, preferably near a surf beach. In Jan 08 we plan to go to France or Austria skiing and would be interested in an exchange with someone wishing to enjoy the Sydney summer.

Northbridge has two traffic lights before getting onto the freeway to Sydney CBD or a 10 min bus trip. It is 5 mins walk to the harbour foreshores and panaromic views of Middle Harbour. 10 mins walk to Tunks Park and other bush walks with streams. 15 min drive to Balmoral Beach and 30 min drive to Sydney's surf beaches. Northbridge has a Leisure Centre with swimming pool, gym and basket ball courts, as well as a golf course, sailing club and numerous tenis courts. A local plaza contains a supermarket open til 12 midnight, cafes, restaurants and video/DVD rental stores.
