Modern quiet private 2 bedroom townhouse in one of Brisbane most desirable inner-city suburban areas, Teneriffe (on the Newstead/New Farm border) 2 km from Brisbane CBD, 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot.
50m from bus stop, ferry stop. There are restaurants, cafes, doctor, dentist, hairdressers, grocer, general stores within a short walk.
2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, front verandah off lounge for outdoor living, large private verandah upstairs off bedroom (3.75 m x 4m) enclosed with shutters as a sunroom for privacy, clear crimsafe security screens.
Complex of 40 units, resident caretaker, swimming pool, underground car park, lift, quiet street access from front verandah.
Our unit is on the end facing quiet street. The main street is off the pool side.

Our two level townhouse was bulit in 2004, and we bought it brand new. Unit has cable TV, internet, bicyles.

Open plan dining and living room/lounge, separate kitchen, laundry, and third bedroom (currently used as home office).
Living area has TV, DVD player, a three seater French provincial sofa and two leather arm chairs by Natuzzi.
Home office has a lap top computer, Wifi, printer, cordless phone.
The kitchen has a complete set of appliances including microwave oven and dishwasher.
There is a video intercom security system on the kitchen wall connected to the building front door.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

There are two bedrooms: master bedroom with ensuite with a huge balcony enclosed as a sunroom, and separate guest bedroom and a separate guest bathroom. Bedrooms have built in floor to ceiling wardrobes with full length sliding mirror doors.

The whole townhouse is fully air-conditioned, and there is a ceiling fan in the main bedroom

Our unit is 30m back form Brisbane River and the riverside walk way. Walk to Powerhouse/New Farm Park 20 mins, ride 7 mins.

The New Farm/Teneriffe neighbourhood is trendy and close to many key attractions. It has retained much of its pre-1900 character through the careful restoration of the old brick woolstores and timber riverside buildings into modern apartment buildings and retail shop/service outlets. Walk to restaurants, parks and cinemas. Take a short ferry ride to the CDB or to Southbank, Brisbane's cultural centre with museums, libraries, art galleries and theatres.

There is easy access to the highways north to the Sunshine Coast and south, to theme parks for children or the glitz of the Gold Coast.

There are plenty of walks in the Brisbane area, and national parks are within one hour's drive.
