Acerca de nuestra casa

Our beautiful apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious. It is just a few minutes walk from the center of Vienna and the green recreational area "Prater" http://www.wien.info/en/sightseeing/prater

3 short subway stops to the St. Stephens Cathedral and opera house. In our flat there is a big livingroom, 3 bedrooms (a children's room with 2 beds, a small studio with a sofa bed and another room with a double bed). We also have a wonderful piano.

The apartment is located in the popular 3th district of Vienna, a very central location for sightseeing. Right next to our street: old city center, Prater, Vienna river, Hundertwasserhaus, Opera house, museums and old coffee houses. Vienna itself means culture. Bratislava(Slovak Republic) 40 minutes, Budapest 2 hours, Praha 3 h 30 minutes, Salzburg 3 hours, Venice 5 h 30 minutes.

The Wachau's scenic beauty lies North of Vienna on the banks of the Danube and stretches a comfortable 36 km: just enough space to fill in impressive vineyards, romantic small towns and some of the most spectacular monasteries, castles and medieval ruins.

Lake Neusiedl is situated in the boarder region to Hungary. The largest steppe lake of Europe is a unique ecosystem with an up to 5 km reeds belt and an average water depth of about 1 m. If you want to you can walk through lake Neusiedl, although I would recommend other pastimes: Lake Neusiedl is a famous spot for wind surfing and sailing. Struggling with a pedalo and rowing are popular activities, too. And of course, you can always go swimming.
