Our brand-new apartment is situated in the center of Bruges, next to a park, on the first floor of a traffic free city project. A wonderful contrast: a modern apartment, furnished by a designer, in a medieval city. A private staircase will lead you to the hall, the living room with radio/c.d, TV, divan/bed, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, depository. Public parking under the building. It is our second home, not simultaneously exchangeable.

We, Gaby and Yvan, are two retired bankers, both 61 years old. Non smokers. We live in Belgium, 15O km away from Bruges. We can travel at any time and we had already two successfull exchanges in the past. We speak Dutch, French, English and German.
