Acerca de nuestra casa

We currently reside in Alberta and are starting construction of our new home in Peachland, BC which is a small tourist attraction city 15 minutes away from Kelowna. Our goal is to begin construction of our new home in Spring 2007 with completion in Fall 2007. It will be of similar quality as the photos of our current home. This property is situated at the end of the cul-de-sac next to a park with mature trees on a sloped mountain with magnificent Okanagan Lake view. The entire lower level with it's own private entrance is what will be available for exchange with approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living space. It will have 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool, sitting room with a full kitchen with lakeviews from every room. BBQ with beautiful patio furniture will be available for your convenience.

Más sobre nosotros

  1. My husband and I are both non-smoking professionals, a teacher and accountant. Our two children are grown up. Our son graduated from University of Alberta in business and was married in July 2006. Our daughter is currently attending law school and has 2 years left before graduation. We are in our 50's excited about early retirement.

We have a 20 lb. bichon-cocker spaniel who we are passionate about. She is a non-allergenic or shedding breed and exceptionally well trained. She cannot enter our home after her outdoor walk without getting her paws washed first. Your small pet would also be welcome provided your pet is accident free like our Misty as we have leather funishings and hardwoord floors.

We do not wear shoes in our home. Needless to say, our home is truly immaculate as we take pride in our home and are meticulous housekeepers. I promise you that your home would be taken care of in the same manner.

In November 2007, we are seeking a long-term exchange for 4 months in Florida or Hawaii and open to anywhere, anytime after that. We would also be willing to partially rent if 4 months is too long for an exchange, provided the accommodations are reasonably priced for long term monthly rentals.

We are truly exited about travelling to places we have never been to and also revisiting Hawaii and Florida which we love dearly. We are looking forward to making new friends through our upcoming first exchange. Please contact us and we will respond to all inquiries.
