Our neighbourhood is a charming area with houses built in the late 1800's. We have a nice old fountain around the corner and are woken up by the bells of our local church, Sankt Annae kirke. All though it's like a little village it will take you no more than 20 minutes on foot to the centre of Copenhagen. On our 4 bikes, that you can use if you like, you will get there even faster. One of the bikes is a large one in which you can transport 2 children. If you go the other way, away from the town, the beach is only 15 minutes away. CPH airport is just 15 minutes away. The nearest metro station is 10 minutes away.
Copenhagen is known for it's many cultural offers and many good restaurants. Noma, that has been elected worlds best restaurant twice is just 15 minutes away, but book your table in advance ;-). The City Hall and Tivoli are 20 minutes away. The little mermaid is best seen by taking a tour around the harbour with the sightseeingboats. This is not a full list of places to go, but wee think the most important thing to experience in Copenhagen is the good atmosphere in the long light hours of the Scandinavian summer.
