Acerca de nuestra casa

Our pretty house is an old stone built-house in a little village at Soucieu-en-Jarrest. It's a quiet place with nature at 20 mn from Lyon (15 kms). The house is in the centre of the village with all commodities and you will benefit of a small garden about 500 m2. ). It's surrounded by high woles and totaly closed. It's a quite house. The floor area is about 160 m2 (3 floors). There is a kitchen with an adjoining dining room opening on a terrace. There are 4 rooms (2 single rooms & 2 double rooms), 2 bathrooms & 2 WC, an office, and a big gaming room (where more people can sleep).

  1. We are Béatrice (Graphist/Webmaster) and Philippe (Logistic Manager) a 38 year old couple, with 2 children (a girl and a boy) of 9 and 11 years. We like sports : climbing (alpes), cycling & walking on at "Mont du Lyonnais" ways. There is a very nice black cat in the house and 4 hens (with 1 or 2 eggs per day).

Soucieu-en-Jarrest is located among Lyonnais mounts. There is a lot to see and to visit in the region which offers quite a mixture of nature and cultural activities.
Discover Lyon, a site of world heritage. the historic area of Lyon was accorded World Humanity Heritage status. Old Lyon combines the ancient site of Lugdunum (the Fourvière amphitheatre) and the Renaissance district around the Saint Jean cathedral. The Croix Rousse was born in the 19th century and is composed of the houses lived in by the "Canuts" - silk weavers. These homes have traditional French wooden ceilings. The "traboules" in Lyon, indoor passageways making it possible to pass from one street to another without going outside, are full of architectural curiosities: spiral stairs, courtyards opening on to first floor gardens, and much more. Lyon is a central southeast French city, second place after Paris, located near Alps (2 hours drive), Paris and French Riviera (4 hours drive or 2 hours by train or 1 hour by flight) Many festivals take place in Lyon and surroundings during summer. Lyon is the best known city for fine food and wines and hundreds of restaurants will welcome you downtown or outside.
