Acerca de nuestra casa

The flat is in the last, 4th floor (built in 2000, with elevator) in a typical old building with patio. It has 57 sqm + 16 sqm mezzanine, and it's 5m high. There are 2 bedrooms, one downstairs with 2 simple beds and one upstairs with kingsize bed (+ the sofa of the living room can be opened as double bed). It's very sunny and quiet. It's fully equipped (we've got more than 60 TV-channels, including international ones). We've got one bicycle free to use and you can rent others near home.

The flat is next to the elegant Andrássy Avenue, World Heritage of UNESCO (similar to Champs-Élysées in Paris) ending in the Heroes Square and has behind the City Park of Budapest. It is in walking distance to the Opera, museums, zoo, the amusement park, the biggest thermal bath (Széchenyi), restaurants, bars, cinemas and even to a shopping center, but situated in the calm embassies' zone. It's well connected with public transport, there are buses (crosing the River Danube to go to the Castle Hill of Buda), trolleys (to the railway stations), it's on the line of the nice millennium underground (which brings you to the end of the walking street, "Váci utca", just in the entrance of the famous Gerbaud Cafe), and in just a few minutes distance from tramways (going on the big Boulevard and reaching Margareth Island). There are bakery, butchery, fruit shop, supermarket, post and pharmacy in the small streets around, and you can park your car free on the service way of the Avenue.
