Acerca de nuestra casa

Our house is located in the middle of a high secured environment resort complex.
This resort has :
- 2 swimmings pool
- a tennis court
- a football field
- a petanque field
- a beachvolley field
- several shops
- a ATM

And with additionnal costs
- 1 oriental spa
- a hairdresser
- bikes

We are in the middle of "La Palmeraie" and the centre of Marrakech is 20 minutes away driving.
There are a lot of activities nearby like quad, horse riding, camel riding, farm, water parks…
Essaouira the beautiful city is 1h30 from Marrakecg
Agadir and its famous beaches is 2h30 driving, Casablanca and Fès 3h.

We provide for free a daily housekeeper and an incredible cooker for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Car can be exchanged (we have an SUV) or many taxis are available just outside the resort (to reach the center of Marrakech it is about 40 dirhams = 4 euros)

We are looking for a swap of 2 weeks minimum ideally in South America.
We are not looking for the same facilities but we would prefer an exchange which include the car

TripAdvisor recently released a list of the most popular travel destinations in the world, based on millions of user reviews, and Marrakesh, Morocco, took the No. 1 spot on the list.

With its desert landscape, bustling souks, flavorful food, and famously welcoming hospitality, it's no wonder that tourists are starting to take note of Marrakesh.

You haven’t really been to Marrakech until you’ve got lost in the souqs, spent the night amid the storytellers of the Djemaa el-Fna and sipped mint tea while debating the merits of the Berber rug that you’re contemplating purchasing. Tear yourself away from the souqs and the shopping and you’ll find some fascinating historical sites like the long-hidden tombs of the Saadian sultans, Yves St Laurent’s artful Jardin Majorelle and the decorative jewel that is the Ali ben Youssef Medersa.

Here are some links of what to do in Marrakech:

The Marrakech nighlife scene has a speakeasy feel But once night falls and the music in the Djemaa starts, cocktails flow on discreet Medina terraces and in Ville Nouvelle bars. Around 10pm belly dancers take to the floor, and most clubs kick off after midnight.
