Acerca de nuestra casa

Casa Pequano is a charmingly converted barn to sleep 6. There is a small woodburning stove and a large open living space with a balcony bedroom. This is a guest cottage close the to main house, Casa Grande. This is a large old manor house which is run as a guest house (bed and breakfast)and a restaurant. There are photographs enclosed to show the house in detail.

I am British by birth, moved to Chicago in my early 2o's with my husband. I was acting there, but with the arrival of two children we decided to move back to europe. Portugal was the least developed country...now its not. I had two more children and they all grew up here in Portugal. They have now moved one by one to California. As I am on my own here running a successful restaurant and guest house, I close for a couple of months and spend time with my family in California. Why I would like to house swap is to give us all a little space for part of my stay in america. I am open to any time between december 10th and February 10th. As I can stay with my children at any time. Please let me know if you would like any other information. Look forward to hearing. Sally

Casa Pequano is 12 klm west of Lagos. It is a 3 hour drive to Lisbon or to Seville. There are many wonderful beaches, a short drive away is the west coast which is ideal for surfing. Cape st. vicente and Sagres is a 20 minute drive. This is the furthest point west in Europe.
Christopher Columbus trained here at the Henry the Navigator School. We are surrounded by history. There are beautiful walks along the cliff tops. There are towns close by and a large shopping centre a short drive away. You may have Casa Pequano any time from October thru June.
