This is my holiday home so I am open to non-simultaneous swops. Step out of the apartment and over the road - and you are on the white sands of a beautiful beach! Stunning views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the ocean. Walk along the beach to quaint restaurants and little pubs. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and other appliances. Linen, bath towels and beach towels supplied. Beach chairs and beach umbrella. Coin-operated laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer downstairs in the complex. Own parking bay. The apartment is secure with electronic gates to the property. Housekeeper optional. Car optional. Various Wine Routes, Nature Reserves and other coastal towns are within 30 - 60 minute reach by car. Travel down the West-Coast to unspoilt beauty or go into the hub of Cape Town: the Waterfront, Camps Bay, Lion's Head, Table Mountain and many more tourist attractions - get there by car or - or occasionally via My-City bus which operates at predictable hours and stops right outside the apartment. However, in South Africa the public transport is not reliable so a car is essential. You can use mine by arrangement or hire your own. My homes in Lonehill (Johannesburg), and in Sodwana on the coast (if you like scuba diving this is a must) near Mozambique and the Vaal Dam (about an hour from Johannesburg) are also open for exchange or for my visitors to use on an extended trip to South Africa - by arrangement and as the occasion allows. I am looking forward to hosting you.
Traveling is a priority for me. I like to go to a new place and experience new things. And I like to live life. I love good food and have a zest for life. I am very clean living, very neat and I don't smoke and only drink occasionally when the social setting is conducive to a glass of excellent red wine. I would appreciate my guests enjoying and looking after my homes as if it were their own! Only Non-smokers.
I am a business owner and own an advertising agency. I work hard. BUT we have ONE life. So I believe in LIVING it.
I love the sea and the beach and everything related to it (scuba diving, snorkelling, wind-surfing, water-sking), Snow and ski destinations and a bit of culture too - shows, museums and exploring and experiencing the essence of the places I visit.
Windsurfing mecca, surfing, scuba diving, close to many great restaurants and wine routes. Climb Table Mountain or take the easy route and go with the Cable Car. Drive to Cape Town where you can shop till you drop, visit museums, tour the old city parts, check out the castle or catch the vibe in Camps Bay, Clifton or Sea Point. Drive Chapman's Peak and visit Hout Bay - or take a boat ride out to Seal Island to see the Great Whites! So much more...so little time!
