Acerca de nuestra casa

Comfortable family home, in a friendly neighbourhood just 2km from Cardiff Castle and the City Centre. We have three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, a lounge, study and kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, and a small, leafy private garden. Excellent bus links whisk you into town in around 15 minutes, but a 15-minute car journey will take you to wide open countryside. The house is a short walk from a number of lovely parks, for which Cardiff is well-known. Cardiff is an ideal base for touring, being an hour from the Brecon Beacons National Park to the north, Swansea and the Gower to the West, and Bristol and Bath to the east.

Cardiff is a delightful city and is very easy to get around. A short stroll from our home there are any number of restaurants serving really good Italian, French, Chinese, Indian, Portuguese, Lebanese, Turkish, Japanese, Korean food ... and that's even before venturing into the city centre. The area boasts some lovely pubs such as The Lansdowne, St Canna's Ale House, and Pipes micro-brewery. For rugby fans, a visit to the Principality Stadium (formerly know as the Millennium Stadium) is a must, but Cardiff City's football ground and Glamorgan Cricket ground are within easy reach too.

Purple Poppadom, Chez Francis, Calabrisella, Happy Gathering, Felafel Wales - all on Cowbridge Road East.

Chapter Arts Centre is a great place to spend an evening. Tramshed is a little further away, but is worth the trip.
