My ground floor tenement flat, in the conservation area of Marchmont, is a 15 minute walk to the Old town and Edinburgh castle. The flat maintains its traditional lay out and may of the original features, providing a homely base from which to explore the Scottish capital and enjoy the many festivals its offers.
