Acerca de nuestra casa

My home is a Terraced Townhouse, it is 3 years old and is easy to keep warm. It's spacious but compact and is very comfortable for 2 people. It has been creatively decorated with art from my world travels and paintings from around Scotland on my walls.
GROUND FLOOR - HALLWAY, LOUNGE, KITCHEN / DINING ROOM, UTILITY ROOM, SHOWER/WC/BASIN, BACK GARDEN, BIN AREA, LOCKED GATES. Downstairs there is a back and front door both alarmed. There are Patio doors outside the lounge with a small decking area facing north. This side of the house enjoys the morning sunshine, upstairs in Bedroom 1, there is a balcony with a table & chairs. The sun comes round to the rear of the house around lunch time which is south facing and shines until sunset. Outside my Utility room there is my Patio Garden with plants in pots and a newly installed Cherry Laurel Hedge. There is also a Garden Shed with all my garden equipment. Car Parking is available in the car drive at the front of my house or on the road.
UPSTAIRS IN MY HOUSE THERE ARE 2 BEDROOMS AND THE MAIN BATHROOM.
There are 13 stairs with a handrail from the ground floor. The front bedroom has the balcony and a small bistro table & chairs and has a single bed and a bed settee. The main bedroom is at the rear of the house and gets the afternoon sun it has a comfortable double bed. My furnishings are of a high quality and that my home is elegant and appealing to world travellers.
