Acerca de nuestra casa

Our home is a small, charming Edwardian terrace house in a pleasant suburban setting. The house is mostly double-glazed and cosy. The second bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower) are on the second floor, in a loft conversion, which is a common way of gaining space in London houses. So there are two flights of stairs in the house. There is a third bedroom which is used as a study. The floors are part carpeted and part original wooden. Furnishings are comfortable and homely, and the house is full of books, which is consistent with us both being teachers (now retired) and writers. We have recently remodeled our kitchen, which is now very spacious and attractive.

The garden is sunny (west-facing) and stocked with attractive plants. Parking is outside, on the street, and is safe.
