This is a flat with 1 bedroom, large living room and large kitchen. It is modernly furnished throughout; 2014 model Sony 3D LED TV, Home theatre system, comfortable L shaped couch to rest in front of the TV, dinner table for 6, Sound System in the bedroom to connect via bluetooth, fully fitted kitchen!

Situated right next to Kilburn Tube Station in Zone 2, it is located only 1 minute away from Tesco Express, a local market shop, Sainsbury's Local, Local convenience store, a kebab's restaurant, wooden oven pizzeria with delivery and many more other restaurants, pubs and shops further from this 1 minute radius.

For those travelling by car, there is also a gas station on the opposite side of the tube station.

Travelling from London airports to the flat is also very easy!

GATWICK & LUTON: Direct train to Cricklewood and 8 minutes bus ride (189) to the flat, getting off immediately outside of the apartment.

STANSTED: Take National Express bus to London, get off outside the Finchley Road tube station and take the Jubilee line to Kilburn). Finchley Road station has only one short flight of stares whereas a lift is operating at Kilburn tube station.

HEATHROW: Take London Underground to Green Park and change to Jubilee Line or take Heathrow Express train to Paddington and take Bus 332 from there straight to the flat.

  1. I am 41 years old (as of 2015!), living part time in Istanbul and in London. This is my main property in London although I am also renting out properties in both Turkey and UK.

    My profession is Tourism although I have a MA in International Relations. I have a travel agency specialising in services in both the UK and Turkey. So, any other services you may require, I can help you arrange them and also give you advices.

    I'll probably be travelling with my partner and maybe another couple friend. Chances are, from time to time, I may be looking for accommodation for myself only, when travelling for business.

    I like scuba diving, listening to rock music and going to concerts, motorcycle riding and road trips.

    I also have properties in Istanbul and southern resorts of Turkey (Bodrum & Kemer), which I might consider exchanging.

Main action in the area is to the right of Kilburn station and the apartment is situated to the immediate left of the station. Come out of the station turn left and the first building is the apartment. Turn right and you find plenty many shops to do your shopping with some open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

GROCERY SHOPPING: The first shop is a Tesco Express (Supermarket) that is open until late. In front of it is the Bus Stop with buses from Central London (16, 189, 32, 332) stopping. Opposite this is a local grocery shop where you can buy all sorts of kitchen requirements and cooking ingredients including vegetables, fruits as well as alcoholic drinks. Pretty much anything that a small supermarket would offer!

Continuing on the opposite pavement, there is as small local coffee shop, then a convenience store followed by a pizza restaurant that does not look much inviting but in fact does very nice wood oven cooked pizzas. They also do deliveries and have an all year round “Buy 1, Get 1 free” deal.

Walk a little further and there is the Sainsbury’s Local (Supermarket). Further from the other 2 mentioned above so far, you might find things maybe a little cheaper here. Otherwise, chances are, whatever is sold here, you’ll be able to source them from the other 2 shops that are nearer to the flat.

RESTAURANTS & PUBS:At this point, you are only about 200-300 meters away from the apartment and shops leave way to restaurants, pubs and café’s. There are several of them offering a variety of different tastes. “Istanbul Mangal” is one of the nearer ones that offer kebabs but also very nice and cheap Turkish traditional dishes. Before that, however, on the corner is the North London Tavern that is a typical tavern / pub with drinks and some snacks. Between this and the Istanbul Mangal are local grocery shops, fast food shops such as the “Peri Peri” or the “Chicken Cottage” both local answers to the KFC’s.

Opposite these is the Brondes Age Pub, a much larger and brighter pub comparing to North London Tavern, it has an outside area, inside seating area with leather seats, also showing almost every major Premiere League game on TV.

Opposite this and after the Istanbul Mangal is the Brondesbury overground train station. This is a particularly good train for those who want to travel to areas such as Dalston or Hackney (trending, buzzing areas), Camden Road (for Camden Town and Camden Market), Highbury Islington (for Angel and Islington areas) as well as Stratford with its highlight, the Westfield Shopping Centre.

SHOPPING: Kilburn High road carries on with pretty much the same amount of variety of shops for quite some distance, offering pretty much everything that you might be looking for whilst staying in this area (TK Max, Argos, Primark etc).
